AS WISTERIA Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love what you ordered from AS WISTERIA. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
1. Return Window
- Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.
2. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized items.
- Undergarments, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
- Sale items marked “Final Sale.”
3. Return Process
- Email us at support.aswisteria19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will send return instructions and shipping details.
- Ship the item back to the address provided.
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.
4. Refund Details
- Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
- Return Shipping Fees: Customer is responsible unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photos of the item and packaging in your message.
6. Exchanges
- We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company/bank.
- If still unresolved, contact us.
