AS WISTERIA Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from AS WISTERIA. If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.


1. Return Window

  • Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, or hygiene-sensitive products.
  • Sale items marked “Final Sale.”

3. Return Process

  1. Email us at support.aswisteria19@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will send return instructions and shipping details.
  3. Ship the item back to the address provided.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund.

4. Refund Details

  • Approved Refunds: Processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Original Shipping Fees: Non-refundable.
  • Return Shipping Fees: Customer is responsible unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Include photos of the item and packaging in your message.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired item.

7. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:
    1. Check your bank account again.
    2. Contact your credit card company/bank.
    3. If still unresolved, contact us.
